Our Process

Step by Step

01

Goals & Inspection

We consult with clients on goals, specifications, and requirements. Our team thoroughly inspects incoming truck loads, alerting customers of concerns and potential issues. We are your eyes in the field.

02

Mechanical Separation, Pre-Treatment & Processing

Using crushing, shredding, and magnetic separation as needed, we remove contamination to enhance chemical integrity and ensure the highest aluminum recovery without alloy degradation.

03

Melting & Casting

Rotary furnaces operated by experienced technicians with high-quality flux injection for purification. We use Oxy-Fuel Burners for maximum recovery and cast molten aluminum into 2,000lb low-profile sow molds (RSI).

04

Quality Check & Finished Product

Samples are collected and analyzed during melting and casting. We follow industry standards based on Aluminum Association guidance, conduct multi-level quality checks, and maintain secure onsite storage with regular audits.
